ORIGINAL WORKS
I composed all the works included in this selection from 1997 to 2001, even though in some cases they are revisions of pieces composed or conceived in the previous years. The work named "Tertos n.2", for example, comes from themes I had in my mind when I was 4-5 years old, and I couldn't, of course, write on the pentagram. The "40 Tos" were born as "39 Cough Sweets", in the early 90s. In 1997 I developed the pieces and shortened their titles.
As it concerns the instruments used for these recordings, the piano solo is my Yamaha digital piano, whereas all other instruments are included in the "Peter Siedlaczek's Advanced Orchestra" collection of giga samples, except for some instruments available on the web for free. For the choir I have used the "Peter Siedlaczek's Extended Classical Choir". The piano used in the ensembles is the Nemesys Megapiano. My soundcard is a Terratec EWX24/96.
UPDATE: today, 21/2/2006,
I begin to publish in a more systematic way my works. The piano is the Yamaha
CLP-270. For the other instruments, I use both the sounds of the Yamaha digital
piano, and the giga samples. The sound card is the excellent M-Audio Delta 1010LT.
All the mp3 files are encoded at 48 kbps.
